    Never updated me on changes to my policy. Reached out to him on multiple occasions and i was told by the secratary he was on another call. Two months go by and my bank flagged an autopayment scheduled by Allstate and it turns out that there were increases in the amount of money but zero changes to my policy, in fact i had dedictions and zero accidents/tickets. This month another payment was flagged and it was for an astrnomical amount nearly 400$ for one month. My stomach sank because i knew i had no money and two kids with -80 dollars in the bank because of this. I reached out to This man and he literally told me that "The prices on the auto industry have seen an increase in recent month(ok and?)we have to make an increase to mert these demands". Wait i know people who have seen a decrease in their payments because of their driving record, on time payments, and customer appreciation. Your supposed to respect the customer . When i told him of the situation i was in with having two kids and the arbitrary grounds of this increase he said there is nothing i can do and hung up the phone. I immediately called the call center for I'll stay and spoke to someone on the phone you would say that they would give me a printout. Of all my payments, which was just sent to my house not too long ago, but she was able to give me a full refund on the payment, but I had to wait 7- fourteen days and I was without any money had no food to feed my children, it had to get help from employees that I work with the point when I am saying this is do not go to this man. Do not go to this company. If you are going to this company or this individual, make sure you are keeping a track record of your payments, because they increase it without your knowledge or acknowledgment.
