He suggested that he could text a copy to me. Within minutes I had the info I needed. I mentioned that I like receiving the hard copies in the mail, knowing that new ones come out in February. He double checked our account and confirmed that we still opt in, for paper statements. Rob's very courteous and knowledgeable. Answered my question and fixed my 'problem.' Thank you for great customer service!
