- RRRachelOct 14, 20201.0Tim Fisher is not at all professional. He is very rude, and refuses to discuss a policy with me that was in my name and my husband’s name (now ex husband). So when the house got sold to my ex husband Tim Fisher just took the same policy # (that was in both names) and switched that same policy # to just my ex husband’s name. So I guess the conclusion is, is that you can just switch a person’s name off of a policy, and not even notify the other person that’s listed on the original policy, so that the current owner wouldn’t have to pay the new renewal premium for the year. That’s why he just kept the same policy number and just switched names so benefit the current owner. Real shady! Needless to say I was a customer for 25yrs and because Tim was so rude and not willing to do things the right way, I have now switched to State Farm, and paying A LOT less a month for the exact same coverage. I should have switched to State Farm a long time ago. I’m telling everyone how much Allstate is a rip off and not to deal with Tim Fisher
