  Please do yourself a favor, and NEVER use this insurance company. A woman hit me from behind during a road rage incident. They paid her out 10k and dropped me. They interviewed my 3x on a recorded line, and took my statement. I was having surgery when they claimed they needed a 4th interview. Absolutely no new information was possible to give. They then lied and said the decision was made by an outside source. When I explained, after many dismissals, that they can reveal this “outside source” to me then, or later when my attorney contacts them, they finally admitted it was an in house decision. I can no longer get insurance from any company after they’ve paid out this embarrassingly poor and obviously false claim. Now I’m forced to get the atty general involved, and must take legal action. DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY, unless your livelihood and money mean nothing to you. Unacceptable, and it will be remedied, though the time and effort this has taken is not replaceable.   Not the cheapest and when you leave them they notify department of vehicles that you don’t have insurance but I did have insurance with a different company Now I have to jump through hoops to satisfy the department of motor vehicles thanks for nothing Geico it’ll be a cold day in hell before I come back

  Great customer service. Rates are much lower on auto for the same coverage as other companies.
