I have lived in Pittsburgh my entire life. I started representing Allstate in 2014 and opened my own agency March 2020 in Fox Chapel. My wife and I reside in the Gibsonia area. We have a beautiful daughter and a dog named Finn. My family means everything to me and here at the Black Agency, we want to help protect our neighborhood families. We offer help with a variety of insurance products to meet the needs of customers including auto, home, life and so much more.

Scott and his sales agent communicated well. However, I had to change my positive rating to 2 stars because despite no claims, my insurance rates significantly increased. I eventually switched to a different insurance company that gives me significantly more coverage for half the price.
