  I was involved in an accident - 8/25/2022. I contacted my agent, John Jevicky and he put me in touch with the "claim handler" Michael Watson. I spoke with him and filed my claim. He suggested I got to a body shop- which I did, got an estimate, and submitted the body shop's photos. When I hadnt heard anything I called Mr. Watson, who told me to submit my own photos- which I did- as per their site directions. He told me to have patience. They sent me a check for 25% of my bill and said the rest was being investigated. By OCTOBER- I lost patience and visited my agent who is fantastic! He made some phone calls, and found me a body shop to estimate my car. It felt like at last I was listened to. The body shop was great too- Centerline Collusion. They ordered parts- and kept me aware of every step happening. Parts ordered, parts in and an appt.- and no one telling me to be patient! I picked up my car 11.18. 2022 (early from their original estimate- saving me on the rental, which Centerline Collusion made all the arrangements for. ) I highly recommend Allstate and particularly John Jevicky- a great insurance agent and a pleasure to work with. However, do not allow a "claim handler" to have you waiting from August to November.

  John was very helpful with all our different questions in setting everything up. Nice to know when you call that someone will be there to answer.
