I turn it on every trip and it fails to record my trips or doesn't have me as the driver. Allstate, how 🤔 can I get my deductible reduced when you're tool is flawed. Just something that you should work on, since it is advertised as a way to get money back!

Destroyed our roof, parts of our attic, the plaster in our main bedroom all came down, plus many other items like our soffit facia, etc. Allstate came immediately, reviewed the situation and immediately saw to it that we were able to get all the repairs done in a speedy time and gave us enough funds to pay for all the work. Everyone was pleasent and so so helpful. Would recommend them to everyone.
