  Luckily I have not needed to involve Suntrust in any of my endeavors. That may be due to the pandemic or just dumb luck. But I am lucky enough to they are there when I need them. , but I still Update: the pandemic is "officially" over but I still haven't needed to involve Suntrust.

  Moved to Philly from Nevada and had the plan automatically transferred. The transition was seamless and the office reached out to get things squared away and provided advice on out of state registration. Policy was $364 /mo due to a technicality with signing a doc within a certain timeframe (I moved and never received notice until I saw my bill and ironically received the mail TWO weeks after the date lol). Their clause stated that it would adjust to said amount but it would have been nice to hear from someone before seeing a $364 bill, but okay, that’s my fault- I paid. I drive ONE day a week and although I appreciate the intention behind insurance, having maxed coverage seemed excessive (considering I have a private car port I park in, in center city philly) I got a new policy with the EXACT same coverage for $120 less a month (company name undisclosed because this is an honest testimony). Sure, Allstate is probably more “superior in customer service” but I’ve never had an accident and only 1 speeding ticket. Funny, no one reached out when I requested a cancelation. Our family has been proud Allstate customers for +30 years and have always received gentle care with our agents in Reno, NV. I guess I’ll have to be the black sheep of the family, because NONE of this experience screams of the Allstate I know.
