- PDPamela DukesMar 31, 20171.0Buyers Be Ware!!!! Mario Valais is the WORST INSURANCE AGENT!!!!!! I asked him to cancel my home owner insurance on the 23rd of March. He didn't!!!! I checked my account and it is over drawn the amount of my payment and over draft fee. I spoke to a Michelle and she was Very Nice to me and under stood how I was feeling. Mario on the other hand was very Rude and Nasty!!!!!! He was saying it was my fault that the payment went through and I received a fee from the bank. I did all that he asked me to do by having my new insurance company fax over the papers. Mind you It's not by LAW that I had to do that but just to help him I had it done. He still allowed the payment to go through!!! I will Never tell anyone to get insurance from Allstate because of Mario!!!! Thank you Michelle for being so Kind to me.
