In reviewing our policy costs and considering other companies' quotes we decided to stay with State Farm given the professionalism, friendliness and earnestness of Luke Valoroso, along with with our trust of State Farm for over 40 years. Luke was able to find opportunities to modify our premium for the better, but in some cases the competitor offers were lower but not fully substantiated. Rather than pursue switching, after speaking with Luke we decided State Farm to date has done well for us, and reps like Luke made us feel more confident to stay with State Farm
