  Service was good until you have to change something. Notified them of my pending divorce and moving to a temporary address. When I finally moved into a new home which they provided me home insurance to they kept messing up my address. Costing me money due to having a rate in the city of Pittsburgh where I haven’t lived in two years. Because I called and didn’t email them they have no proof and they will not refund me money. Horrible clerical work done by this company. Never again with them. Even after they changed my address I got a new document with the wrong city but correct zip code. No attention to detail.

  Lindsay Vereb was very responsive to any questions that I had throughout the process of my first home insurance claim and has been a great local agent for me and my family who have been with Allstate for much longer. Kevin Cullen was my adjuster and did an extremely thorough inspection of the issues I pointed out at my house, spending probably 5 hours getting all the information he needed for his claim. His report for the adjustments was extremely detailed, and he took a lot of time explaining the process to me, answering all of my many questions both in person and multiple times over the phone afterwards, even at odd hours. I appreciated how seriously he took the responsibility of his job, and it showed. By the end, I had a great understanding of what to expect for next steps. Once the adjustments were approved and reviewed with me, I was compensated for my expenses very quickly, which made getting those projects completed quickly much easier. I only have one complaint for the entire process, and it is not Lindsay or Kevin’s fault. Getting the initial call scheduled with the national disaster team was much more difficult than it should have been as they did not communicate well.
