- JHJim HaneyMay 27, 20192.0Michael is too busy to be bothered. The service used to be decent when his daughter worked there, but it has gone downhill since. In my dealings with them, Michael was either not available and was quick to pass you off to someone else if you did get in touch with him. I had four policies with them and no one seemed to care for the last few years. Two stars for having the convenient Allstate website.
