  I did not like being automatically switched to a different agent. There are closer agents to me. I can never get a call back.

  I’ve been with Allstate for over 15 years, and I have never dealt with a more incompetent, disorganized, and unprofessional office than this one. Maria Rosario is supposedly my agent, but I honestly don’t believe she even exists. I’ve been calling for over six months, and every single time I’m told she’s “busy.” Not once has she called me back or shown even the slightest effort to assist me. That’s not just bad service — it’s complete negligence. The rest of the staff is no better. They give false information, lie about what’s been done with my policy, and constantly contradict each other. It’s obvious no one in that office knows what they’re doing, and worse — they don’t care. They pass the blame, make excuses, and promise things they never deliver. One week I’m told something’s fixed, and the next week someone else tells me, “Oh, we can’t actually do that.” Are you kidding me? This office operates like a joke. There’s zero accountability, zero communication, and zero customer service. They do whatever they want, and the customers are the ones who pay the price. After 15 years with Allstate, this is an absolute disgrace — and if this is what the company stands behind, it might be time to take my business to another agent, and so should you.
