  After receiving my renewal package with hundreds of dollars in increases after no claims, I decided to go with another insurer. I sent the letter of cancellation to Mr Torpey's office. I received a letter of cancellation, then 2 months later I received the bill for almost $200 for a new contract I never signed. I contacted his office, spoke with the representative, and was told they would back date the cancellation to reflect no renewal and I would owe nothing. Fast forward 2 more months I received a notice from a collection agency that I owed them $200. I attempted to reach out to Mr torpy's office three separate times, I left three separate voicemails, and never heard back from his office. And then reached out to Allstate corporate, and the collection agency, providing all the documentation and the charges were removed. This lack of professionalism is an excusable and a highly recommend shopping this overpriced agent.

  I have had a terrible experience with Allstate and this branch in particular. I was lured back with the promise of lower rates. After 6 months my rates went up exorbitantly even though there were no accidents or violations. As the end of my 6 months was approaching, a formal cancellation request was sent several weeks in advance. Imagine my surprise when nearly $3000 was taken from my account. I have emailed several times and have NO response. A bunch of unethical business practices. Stay away.

  This company has ZERO care or morals. They LIED 100% about my policy causing it to double for a year. I'm hoping NO OTHER client should go through this.

  I wish I could give a worse rating after someone you know this long, would be tricky for their own benefit possibly deceptive. They make sure that you’re paying 1500 extra a year because they’re not explaining, even though you asked if someone in a separate household needs to be covered by your kids in your household. I was very clear in my asking and they were very clear. There’s no way but now it turns out there is. Just change the address on your reg. Wish I could sue them. I’m gonna make sure all my friends and family know how they treated me and they also have the ability to leave reviews.
