  I was charged over $1k for insurance that had been cancelled well over a week before renewal. What’s worse is I did not agree to ever be on auto renewal so the transaction should never have happened. Very upsetting that this transaction was something I had to monitor. Furthermore, the response and support I had for an auto claim was not handled promptly or with care. Their representatives didn’t engage to alleviate the issues I had with a 3rd party insurance company. Happy to have since moved to another insurer providing same coverage at better rates, while also having a new provider that responsed to and supports me - the client.

  I have been with Barry Petroziello /Allstate office for 13 years. Barry and his colleagues are always pleasant ,prompt and professional at all times. Always available for questions and takes time to explain anything you need. I would highly recommend anyone to Barry and his team to handle any of your needs.
