- KCKenneth CarterOct 4, 20201.0Dan Zangari who works for you all is very unprofessional and shouldn't have a license he has been disrepectful and lied from the begin i asked for a refund on.sept 30 and he been giving the run around still am.today to where i had to file a fraud complaint with usaa they are a scam and he has not been honest and been very rude and has Lied mulitple times on my refund. Which i will now be taking civil and criminal matter against him .
