  Worst experience with this insurance, i got a bad accident January 2025, after accident i applied everything for medical bill, before applying that the gaico agent called katti said you have to sign on the form and send me, i did it, after completed that she said that you have to pay yourself all the medical bills, this is the totaly flat me, cheated me , please take this this insincere,

  Well I have to say I'm very dissapointed in Geico I feel ripped off now and I'm truly upset because I really liked them when I called for a quote for 6mths I paid 541$ and that's the quote they gave me and that's why I left my old company because I had same price for years 543$ then 1 bill comes with NO explanation whatsoever and it's 605$ no accidents NOTHING ! Well guess what I just got my 6mth bill from GEICO AND ITS NOW 589$ LIKE WHAT THE HELL!!! NO EXPLANATION AT ALL the text support guy says to me oh it's due to amount of peoples accident well what the hell!!! I havnt had accidents and I'm 60 yrs old so what the hell GEICO???? YOU LIED WHEN I ASKED IF THIS WOULD HAPPEN AND SAID NO SO WHY DID IT? I EVEN GOT THE ANTI THEFT PUT IN AS YOU ASKED AND YOU SAID THE RATE GOES DOWN NOT UP SO I GUESS YALL ARE DISHONEST AS WELL AND LIED RIGHT TO MY FACE I even told my family and they transferred I suppose you did it to them to well GIECO WE ALL will be calling other companies and leaving you and I'll be sure to tell folks not to use you And no this isn't a fake trust pilot review this is an actual soon to be EX customer I guess I should have read your reviews first because I see your in trouble with the BBB as well for this exact reason I guess I will be 1 more client adding you to the BBB I'm so dissapointed I even like that your office was local and I could stop in You really shouldn't deceive nice people with big familes

  Mark is the best! Got us a nice rate that I have been paying out the rear for Years! If anyone needs insurance for auto, motorcycle, home, etc. I promise Mark is your man! Thanks again Mark!
