  About once a quarter I receive mail from them with a photo of my house on the envelope. I know it is from a public record, but it is disingenuous and I feel almost threatened. It is like they are saying we know where you live and what your house looks like....I am not a customer and won't ever be with marketing tactics like this.

  My car insurance increase for the new term was much more than I could do on my budget. I called Denger office, spoke with Victoria, and she was able to switch to a different policy that was just as good as the old one but considerably less. It worked for my budget and needs. I really like being able to call a local office and getting help from a REAL person. Thank you Denger Allstate

  They cold called me about changing insurance, i politely informed them that i have coverage i am happy with and they stated that they would make note of it and remove me from their calling list, even though i am already on the national do not call list, a week later i am receiving calls from them again. If they are that desperate for new clients it says something about their overall business.

  I’ve repeatedly told this Allstate agency to stop calling me and to add me to their Do Not Call list, yet their employee Jennifer continues to call. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of my request. This agency ignores federal telemarketing laws and basic customer courtesy. I’ve already filed formal complaints with the Pennsylvania Insurance Department and FCC for harassment. Avoid this place at all costs.
