  Negative 10! Raised my homeowners 1600 without even a heads up. So i made a switch of home and auto. These scumbags dropped me even after we made a transition date just to be spiteful. Called in to get my new truck switched over, they cant talk to me. Why? Im still a customer Paid up. No refund sent to me. So i called corporate. Im out here driving no insurance. Telling me i cancelled weeks ago. Thats about as low as the bar can go. I came back to Allstate because i thought this office was different. Nope. Business is business and i get it, rates went up. I have freedom to look elsewhere. The risk you put me, my family, home in. Real cute. Well its peanuts to me, but ill spend triple so you pay me back. I literally paid 1.03 balance on March 21st. I could have left you holding the bag! But i pay my obligations. Morals! Something this company could stand to have. No access to id cards. I had to go to the internet to get my insurance card. Paid up customer (date of post is 3/24/25 and they tell me on the phone i cancelled 3/7. So i have no coverage cant do anything on my policy but was charged. Well i know this wont impact until it happens to you, but beware. They are absolutely immoral and vindictive no matter why you leave. You will see in photos i am paid paid paid up to the 3rd. But cancelled in the system. No access to cards. Am i not a current client? Nope. I called the 1800 and they said i am not covered and they cant add my truck. I called progressive and in 6 minutes they had me covered effective today. So thanks Progressive for being up front and customer oriented. Gave me better rates than i ever had at allstate even before the raise. Got gouged for far too long. So tomorrow i have to get some more calls and more documentation as to why I am cancelled and I will update.

  Allstate, the Gibson Agency, is a very good agency. Three years ago, they reviewed all of my policies, and because I has no claims against any of my policies, they were able to lower my premiums on almost all of my policies. However, last year, and this year, my vehicle insurance has increased a great deal. I've had no accidents, so I'm not sure why? Of course, everything has gone up in price.
