  Hello to ALL I am having a difficult time with the Allstate Prossen Agency and want ALL TO KNOW AND UNDERSTAND WHY!!! I had a fire 1/8/24 this agency or Allstate assured me that I would not be held accountable for a fire that didn’t originate at my home but 2 doors down. I was told that day that I wouldn’t be charged my deductible nor would my insurance go up because of this tragedy. Well they LIED. How? To begin I was NEVER SENT A RENEWAL PACKAGE FOR THE YEAR 2024 and in February 2025 I was told by my mortgage holder that they paid $3,072.50 approximately, in may of that year which leaves me now owing Thousands in escrow and a higher mortgage payment due to this EXTREMELY HIGH PAYMENT when the prior year was $1,595.00. They lied on my new insurance holder and myself stating I cancelled on my expiration 6/22/25 when I didn’t. I cancelled 6/11/24, 12-20 days before my policy expired. Which they have the Binder that’s dated 6/11/25. Which of course I proved this. So I’m owed. Which now I’m told nothing can be done. They are not answering my calls at all and when they did I was told they was trying to correct it and I had to call corporate well I did leaving several messages and still no answer until an email I received from Brian Prossen on 7/29/25. What they can do is write me another check. Corporate finally reached out and was supposed to call me back at the latest 12-15 days later but never did I waited until 12/2/25 called Brian PROSSEN no answer and spoke to Tamara in his office and she hung up stating she was under instructions NOT TO SPEAK TO ME. It was my mortgage holder that brought this to my attention because a $68.19 check that I needed to cash and still don’t know what this is for or why it was sent to me so that I told my mortgage holder and Prossen I NEVER RECEIVED. HELP ME BY SHARING THIS INFORMATION. They get 1 star ⭐️ only. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE I will report this Company to the BBB Allstate still have not given me my 12 days they owe me for leaving this insurance company before my policy ended. THEY KNOW THEY DID ME WRONG AND NOW THEY DONT WANT TO OWN IT. DONT GO TO NO ALLSTATE COMPANY for any INSURANCE THEY WILL DO THE SAME TO YOU. Please share my story. Thank you

  I am very unhappy with Allstate. I paid my bill a week late one month and they canceled my car insurance. It took weeks to get it back, and when I did, they increased my premiums by over a hundred dollars a month. After talking to them about it, they said that's just the way it was. And the next month it went up another hundred a month. They said if I changed coverage and sign up for auto pay it would go down but it did not.
