- DCDargan ChrissyJan 16, 20181.0The staff is not very knowledgeable of there policies discount offers. I was informed of savings but I was not given them. I called and was informed of savings for automatic payment but I didn’t receive it. I was informed after “my” third call I was not eligible for the savings until after my renewal next year. But as licensed agents they should of known that before telling me that when I signed my contract. Even when the adjuster came out he submitted information that was inaccurate and I corrected the information; which made my policy going up slightly I am okay with that. But the other money differences in the dollar amounts and savings didn’t reflect on my bill. All they do is shoot you a bunch of numbers that really only makes sense to them not the policy holder. I even asked the agent for the number to headquarters and she told me that I wouldn’t be able to speak to anyone because they would only connect me back to them. So, who are you supposed to talk to when you have a consumer problem and your assigned agent is who you have an issue with?
