- SSStuNov 16, 20252.0Everyone has different experiences, can’t say it was a pleasure. I have nothing negative to say about the folks just the business practices are not my cup of tea. In general you should always read the fine print. Be careful having confidence in your coverage and that they will be there when life’s storms happen. The language often provides an exit for the company to deny, delay and litigate you down the road to nothing if they disagree with you. It’s a business, they aim to make money, not pay claims. 💭 I didn’t like that they pretty consistently contact you to inform you of new products and bundles that could help you get more and more insurance on nearly everything in your life. This could save you some money hypothetically but I found them not very competitive anyways. The friendly calls and messages were not a welcome break from a busy life and I found them informative but over the top in salesmanship and underwhelming in good neighbor vibes. But maybe my experience isn’t the norm, maybe you’ll have more success and this style will compliment your personality better vs mine. I found what I needed with another company just fine and paid less for more coverage.
