THEN THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO SEND A MESSAGE FOR YOU TO EMAIL THEM WITH YOUR CONCERNS TO TRY TO MAKE IT SEEM AS IF THEY CARE, PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO ME BECAUSE I DONT WANT TO HEAR ANY EXCUSES, YOU HAVE PEOPLE THAT NEED HELP AND IT FALLS ON DEATH EARS, VERY SAD AND DISGUSTING.
