I had a 9 o’clock appointment and I had to call the office at 9:15 explaining that I never received a phone call. When he got on the phone call, I asked what happened with our 9 o’clock appointment and he said he got tied up. My response was that I would like to be notified next time, he said have a nice day and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and I’m so glad that I did not stick with this agency or this very rude man. I would not recommend doing any business with this man.
