  My name is Ana, Cynthia has been my insurance agent for years. She was my agent, about 10 years ago, then my employer offered me benefits, so enrolled through them. I lost my job, and went back to Cynthia because of her caring heart for her clients, careful planning around of MY individual needs, and has always gone beyond the call of duty. I have read these other reviews, which are very inaccurate assessments of this experienced, knowledgeable agent. My thinking is, they most likely were very rude to her to begin with. Also, I noticed a couple of these reviews were from other agents. I do know enough about the industry to know it is against regulations to speak negatively of other agents. It also shows they do not hold a higher stand of integrity. Not sure what they expected to gain from that. Also, for those who have not even had Cynthia as an agent, these opinions do not matter much. What matters is she abides by the books and does what is right. Trust me I did my homework before working with her. Perhaps others should do the same instead of reading comments that come from "feelings" and not even have done business with her. She is licensed in 22 states and I have not seen one complaint on her record. As a consumer that is what matters to me.

  Did not request any kind of insurance phone call. Not only that I haven’t been on marketplace for over 3 years. I answered the phone with “please do not tell me this is another insurance phone call” After 15+ calls this morning alone. It may not have just been her or her company this morning but this woman was particularly rude. She Berated me as soon as I said that. First of all, you are calling my phone. Cold calls are not warmly accepted. If it were not for the fact have a child that is in school and I have to answer the phone for any unknown number I would not have answered this phone call. Rude and unprofessional EDIT: even more unprofessional texted me. See screenshots. Keep going, lady.

  Cynthia is the most spiteful person, and needs to either work on their professionalism or find a new line of work. I don't think customer service includes berating someone in a text message then blocking them so they can not rebuttal, for hanging up on a call that was not meant to be answered. Imagine telling a customer that they're being rude & need to grow up when you pull that stint in a text then block. Take your own advice sweetheart, & grow up.
