My wife, Tracy, and I have lived in Tigard since 1993. We have raised two boys that attended Tigard schools and played youth sports.
My agency is about more than insurance. We are active in our community, volunteering in as a youth sports coach and board member. In addition, we support the TTSD Foundation, local schools, and area non-profits. I love helping customers with their personal and financial insurance needs, giving them the individualized attention they deserve.

- RDRonny DesaiJul 28, 20251.0I had an extremely disappointing experience with this local Allstate agent's office, and the customer service is absolutely terrible, and the staff is not knowledgeable, and completely unhelpful, every time I called with a question or concern, they either didn't answer the phone or gave vague, clueless responses. It’s clear they lack basic knowledge of their own policies and procedures. I felt like I was being a burden just for asking for help, and never there’s no follow-up, no courtesy, and zero effort to actually assist their customers. This is not what I expect from a company like Allstate. And I’m already looking into switching providers.
