    I live in Texas and my sister recently died in Eugene, Oregon. I ended up with ownership of a home in Eugene with unique ownership and insurance requirements. After a horrible experience over many days with USAA and no results despite significant efforts from a Eugene agent of another national company, the frustrated company agent referred me to Lori Paul at Inszone in Springfield. After working on the problem, she was able to obtain full coverage for the home with a great national company. I am so grateful for her efforts.

    I had them for years, and didn't have a problem. A "clerical error" occurred on their side, which could have cost me thousands of dollars, and I was unknowingly driving an uninsured car, and paying for a car I didn't own anymore because of them. The reaction was apathy when we brought this to their attention. This goes beyond inconvenience, it is a disservice. Molly did nothing to solve the problem. Just deal with Progressive or Geiko directly, and cut out this unhelpful middleman.
