They don't answer the phone. They don't call you back. They don't do their job after being an Allstate customer for 14 years. They canceled my homeowners insurance after never having a single claim paying on time and paying in full. The insurance writers like to bring their dogs to work and their dogs will slobber on you and get dog hair and stink. The Kennedy agency has been my worst experience with an insurance company I've had in my whole life when choosing an insurance agent, an agency don't choose the Kennedy agency
