Their salesman DURING THIS C.VIRUS TIME, stepped over our wire disregarding our no-trespass sign and walked 100 yards around driveway corner to find our house and came TO OUR DOOR stating, "we don't mean no disrespect". Complaint issues here on so many levels!

One on dyalisis, the other general care that is clearly needed at 86 and 80. I'm frustrated as they have paid for YEARS to have in home care when needed. Now that its needed and claims have been filed Bankers is doing EVERYTHING to deny the claims. Even with letters from there doctors why is imperative for me the daughter to provide the care, and with it being in there best interest . Who draws up a policy stating family members cantprovide he care..I am employed through a in home care agency and bankers said it because you are family the policy states you cant be the one providing care...so folks beware, the dont care about what's in the best interest of your loved ones, they are only interested in getting the monthly payment. 🤯🤬
