  Not sure who I talked to today, as I was in shock at the rude customer service. I occasionally help my parents make calls, and today was one of those days. “Do your parents not speak English,” She asked. Rude, and completely unexpected. She proceeded to say that it was company policy to have the main person call since there will be a soft credit pulled, so they needed authorization. Okay, that’s totally fine and understandable, and could have said that instead of asking about my parent’s language. I called the 1800 number instead. The lady was super nice and apologized for the First Ladies behavior. I had to hang up to call my dad and tell him the situation, and then I called a second time. I did not tell the lady what had happened. I let her know I was calling for my parents, and she said “are your parents nearby, so that they can authorize me to speak to you?” That’s proper customer service, Not asking about my parents language. Oh, and yes. I did a three way call and my dad was able to authorize me to speak to the representative… In English!! So 5 stars for the 1800 number. Zero stars for whoever I spoke to over the phone.

  I was looking for a agency that was local that I could sit down and talk with. I got my quotes via email for my home, cars, motorcycles. I have a total of 6 cars / trucks and they worked with me to get great coverage. Their rates were better than the company I had been with 11 years. They set me up on Drivewise which has saved me a good amount off my premium on autos. Thanks Roland Jarve
