My policy has been transferred to different independent agents within the Allstate umbrella 2-3 other times due to agencies closing or agents retiring. Never have I had the amount of difficulty with any of the other agencies as I have had with Weber in the last 4 months. I will not be renewing my policy with them. I am taking my business where I matter and my business matters.
