I have recently moved here from Kansas City where I also had State Farm for my home and auto. It is quite confusing to me to deL with 2 agencies in my first month of arriving here for I had a home in K C to keep insured until it sold. I closed on 10/22 and car insurance ended after my 2000 mile drive to start in Portland. So maybe you can sympathize with all these fees ending and beginning It was driving me crazy for I kept wanting much clearer info. David finally was able to provide that info to my satisfaction. This transitional work has finally been resolved! Phew!!
