Mackenzie doesn’t know what she’s doing, and very unprofessional. The way she does business is the same as phone scammers.
It started with her calling me early October with a quote on insurance. She said she’d call me the last week of October for payment.
I asked her for the quote on paper , like in the State Farm app , by mail or email. I told her I need to see what I’m buying to fully be onboard. She failed to provide it , I called her twice with questions she couldn’t answer and didn’t want to, she’s arrogant.
Shes annoyed by me calling and she wanted me to blindly trust her. She dismissed me, Saying everything is fine just pay her when she calls the last week of October.. Also Mackenzie repeatedly told me there is no discount for paying in full and was very pushy that I pay monthly. This girl gave me bad vibes so I gave up on her and renewed with my previous company on November 1st.
Then November 3rd she’s calling me for payment… She was supposed to call the last week of October?! She never did..I had told her my previous policy expired on November 1st. She’s incompetent it’s hilarious at this point. Mackenzie , Why would I or anyone give my credit card over the phone to someone I never met or never got a quote by mail , in the app or email?!
I was surprised she called and because she thinks I’m stupid.. I treated her like a scam caller and hung up, I am busy and just had surgery. She’s wasted my time and I don’t have energy for people like her. So most likely the good reviews are fake written by her friends and family.

Mackenzie was GREAT! Not only did she help us save significantly on our insurance, but she also walked us through the exact coverage we would be receiving, which was twice as much as our previous provider. I really appreciated the time and care she took to help me better understand what I was paying for and how I was being protected. She and Grant were also super friendly and helpful in going over all my options for life insurance, which was a relief, as I went into that conversation with very little knowledge.
