Jessica and Lauren run a wonderful agency- responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to doing right by their clients. We regularly refer business back and forth because I trust their process, their communication, and their follow-through; not to mention their friendly and kind attitude.

- TSTiffany SteinerDec 1, 20251.0Fumbled the whole thing for me. Went back to State Farm after they beat Progressive's price. Did the whole phone interview, asked to pay the 6 month premium, the agent only charged me for the first month, then when I caught it, apologized and charged me for the rest. 2 weeks later, I get a call saying my policy is going to be cancelled because I've listed married ( when I'm not) and did not include my husband's info. Confused and bewildered, I didn't understand how this could have happened considering I would not say I'm married when I'm not. I leave a vm before leaving on a trip, freaked out that my car won't be covered by insurance upon returning. The office says they will handle it with underwriters. I get a letter upon returning from said trip, saying car insurance isn't cancelled and then 2 weeks later, get a bill for $487. Reach out, again, saying is this in addition to the 6 months already paid? They say, oh no, our system just didn't have your payment updated??!!? What ?! I paid for this in beginning of October, it is now November 19th. Then I get a letter from the same agent stating that since those two prices are now different ( the early October rate and the rate now), I owe another $20. I cannot with this agent or her team. After much back and forth today on the phone, them gaslighting me into saying that it was my fault that I clicked "domestic partnership" on the online application ( I didn't even think the state of Oregon recognized those - so why would I have done that) I've realized that these agents will not take any kind of accountability for their errors or make it right for the customer. It's not about the $20, it's about good customer service and doing it right , THE FIRST TIME. But hey, there's lots of agents in town! Be warned, don't choose this one, they'll quote you one price and ask for more later because of easily avoidable errors on their end.
