  Very rude lady that answered the phone yesterday morning. If you don’t like your job find another one. Be happy you work in Customer service!

  Very rude staff in the office. Tasha has a bad attitude. I simply called to change the effective date of my policy. I called 3 times - first time, I was disconnected. 2nd time..I was placed on hold to talk to "service" and after holding for 4 minutes, was disconnected. Third time, I got Tasha and she could care less about the previous two calls and had an attitude. I was able to complete the change with the Mobile App. I am so glad I don't actually have to deal with this office for issues. They seem like miserable, unhappy people. Edit: after I posted this, I read the reviews and can see I am not the only person dealing with the unhappy, miserable, passive aggressive people in this office. Was a miserable lot they must be. And no, Kristi- I won't email the agency address to share my experiences. It has been shared.

  Money greedy company now when I first started with GEICO 3 years ago if your car didn't work and you needed to save money for your car to get your car fixed because it's undrivable they wouldn't charge you extra now they charge you $45 and you can't drive your car for 30 days so I'm just letting the car sit but if you don't pay the 45 they will charge you for the whole month. My brother told me not to get the tracking because it's not accurate I found out the hard way they raised my insurance more than 40 bucks a month because of a bunch of infractions but they had me doing hard breaks in Walmart when I was walking in the store if I would of drove in there I would of hit the news. Almost Everytime I get home it said I hard break but I live a small community where if I speed I can get in trouble I'm not in a ghetto not the same company from a few years ago I might see if there better plans out there

  Called GEICO and was left on hold for 45 minutes. So I drove to this office. They walked me to a desk and handed me a phone and put me on hold for over 20 minutes before I left. This is so insanely asinine I'm struggling to put it into words. If the service is this atrocious when I'm trying to give them thousands of dollars I can't begin to imagine how they'd treat me if I had a claim.
