I have never had an accident and I’ve always paid my premiums, and I recently was an offender bender and went to use my full coverage insurance and basically had to beg Geico to process my claim. It took almost 3 weeks. I had to call three times a day every day. I was told I’d get a call back and never once did I get a call back. I basically had to process this claim on my own. Check when it went to the underwriter and everything. Not once did they ask if I was OK after the accident. Not only will this go to the Better Business Bureau, but I will continue to talk about this online because nobody should be screwed over like this by insurance companies, especially when you pay your premium
