    We had Allstate over 20 years with auto (3 vehicles) and homeowners insurance. My advise is to call around and get quotes. To our amazement, we saved almost $500 a month by calling a local broker. In matter of fact, our new policy has better coverage. This office changed hands, and the new staff lost our business forever. But thanks to your lack of hospitality, we ended up saving lot of money.

    I wish I could say terrible service but we didn't even get any service to review and ended up cutting our annual bill in half by switching to state farm! I've been trying to get a hold of this office for two weeks now but the phone just goes to the corporate line and they do not respond to emails. What's the point of having a local agent if you can't contact them. I just wanted them to review a quote from state farm and give them a chance to keep us after almost 10 years but the lack of service speaks for itself at this point. State farm copied the same policy we had for two cars/home and our annual premium dropped from $4600 to $2437. The previous agent at this location was great and very helpful. If the missed my call it would be returned within the hour and emails were answered promptly so I'm not sure why the customer support fell off a cliff here to comepletly non-existent. Thanks for making the decision to switch an easy one I guess?
