Not at all satisfied …Always in a state of confusion. I would pay the amount due on or before the due date, and two weeks later, was sent a letter of cancellation, if I didn’t pay the premium. So in a panic, I’ve had to call the office, to make sure I would not be cancelled. As always, they’ve stated it crossed in the mail…Really, after two weeks! I have worked for Farmers, and our agent was always in the office…I have never met Tony Lopez, he’s never in the office! We are now with a different insurance company, and they are very professional. Also, the agent is always in the helping clients.

Called to cancel my policy twice and was told both times that it was canceled, yet its still showing as active and trying to charge me.
