Nicole is who helped me. She was amazing! Definitely 5+ stars! Quick backstory, I made the mistake of inquiring with Insurify online and before I knew it I had over a dozen different agencies calling to give me a quote. I was completely unaware, that just entering my information with Insurify would open me up to almost 20 phone calls and I was a bit overwhelmed. Then I got a call from Nicole offering me a quote with State Farm. Feeling so overwhelmed I know I was completely rude to her in the beginning, but the professional that she was she did not let it bother her. She’s very patiently asked if she could reach back out at a more convenient time. She then followed up and reached back out, Offering me much better rates. I had Progressive, @ $1,109 and State Farm was offering $826, a huge difference and well worth it. Overall, I’m so satisfied with her customer service and willingness to run my quote so many different ways just to see what would be the best for me. She is very personable and has very proper phone manners. 10. Stars if I could!!
