  So I brought my car here for TD insurance (as they offer lifetime warranty and I was told by the customer service if I take it to my preferred mechanic they may not cover all the charges) . My two stars are for there communication , the work they did on my car was bad, first I received my car after 3 months and the right fender was not properly fixed so it was loose and since I took the delivery I had to drive the car with a lose fender. They fixed the fender at a later date however since they used all aftermarket parts , there was a decent gap between my hood and bumper and fenders were also misaligned. I went to there location to get it fixed, they did try to fix it and I could still see the gaps. I don’t understand why use aftermarket parts when they almost cost the same and do not fit properly. People who work here are decent people but I would not recommend this place

  Did not fully repair my vehicle, poor service and lack of expertise. Do not bring your vehicle here for repair (any shape or form).

  Even one star is a lot! Absolutely unacceptable experience from start to finish. I trusted this shop with what should have been a straightforward repair, and the result speaks for itself — poor workmanship, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. They insist that the colour they applied “matches the original paint,” yet anyone with normal eyesight can see the truth: the repaired area is a completely different shade. The mismatch is obvious not only on the quarters but shockingly also on the back door, which never should have been touched in the first place. Instead of acknowledging the error, they tried to hide behind technical wording and excuses. A professional body shop should understand basic colour matching, blending, and proper refinishing techniques. What they delivered falls far below industry standards. The work looks rushed, careless, and inconsistent. Rather than take responsibility, they tried to convince me that the visible colour difference was somehow acceptable. It isn’t — not even close. This experience shows a clear lack of skill, quality control, and customer respect. I’ve wasted time, energy, and patience dealing with explanations instead of solutions. I strongly advise anyone considering this shop to think twice. If you care about proper repair, transparency, or professionalism, look elsewhere. They failed on every level, and I will be escalating this issue through all appropriate channels.
