  My claim was handled carelessly from start to finish. Despite me providing witness information and clear evidence, the adjuster ignored my requests for a review and closed the file without properly investigating. I even asked for a manager to step in — no one ever followed up. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. The entire office feels completely disorganized and run by people who clearly don’t know what they’re doing. Don't do any work at the body shop attached to them, unless you want to be disappointed.

  Do not go here! Do not let TD rep make you go here. It’s only for their benefit, not yours. Calling this setup a scam could get me sued so I won’t say those words, but I do think it. Everything was horrible from start to end (it hasn’t ended because of shoddy work). The advisor was impossible to get a hold of. The auto center likewise. What was quoted for 3 days took over 2 weeks and in the end most of the work wasn’t done because it was “previously damaged” which it wasnt but good luck proving it. Body shop says it’s insurance who won’t approve, insurance says body shop doesn’t recommend the work, they play a nice little game where only the customer is screwed. Since they “fixed” it, the bumper and paneling has come loose repeatedly.

  Terrible experience! I got an accident , and I got my car with 2 different colour for 2 doors damaged.

  Abhishek is one of the WORST customer service representatives I have ever interacted with. They are incapable of doing their job in the claims department.
