He replied to emails and texts quickly and had clear communication with me on calls. He was able to answer all my questions confidently and correctly. I am still no closer to knowing why I need these items anyway as I am to high for sewer damage plus I seriously doubt I’ll need hail and wind damage cover. All I was asking for was an explanation in plain English.
