- ECEric ChengNov 12, 20251.0This TD Insurance Auto Centre / CRA listed 4-wheel alignment on the official repair estimate, but the job was never done. I only found out when the steering was still off after the repair. They still charged for it, and now I have to go to the Toyota dealer myself and pay upfront to fix something that should have been completed originally. The repair also took much longer than what I was told, with multiple delays and no clear explanation. On top of that, my car came back with extra scratches and was dirtier than before. The workmanship was very poor. Very disappointing experience overall. Based on my experience, I strongly do not recommend getting your vehicle repaired here.
