  I had a great experience with my insurance adjuster, Avital, and collision repair expert, Sepi! Both were very sympathetic to my accident and were able to move things along quickly. 😊 They were also very communicative and responsive which I appreciated! One thing is that when my accident initially occurred, I called TD Insurance to file a claim and didn’t catch the call operator, but my experience was the complete opposite. I had to repeat the same information several times throughout our one hour call while I was outside in the cold. She also misunderstood me many times so I had to correct her. No sympathy was expressed at all, felt like I was wasting her time. I don’t expect enthusiasm, but going through something traumatic and then dealing with someone who seemed to be very inattentive was disappointing.

  Thank you Amanda and Tricia for initiating such a fast and efficient repairs on my car. Everything was done in a timely matter and I was able to pick up my car in less than a week!!!!

  I had a fantastic experience at TD Auto Centre Richmond Hill (Collison Repair Experts) The repair process was smooth and hassle-free, and my handler, Sepi, was very personable, efficient and straightforward. I greatly appreciated his honesty, transparency and professionalism throughout. The quality of the work was impeccable and frankly my car looks like new! They also completed the work ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for high-quality repairs and great customer service.
