  Horrible insurance company to deal with. Wasted 1.5 hours just to change my address, and after a difficult time with the agent on the phone and many complications, I cancelled all of my insurance, for all of my needs. Of course they charge you fees to do so and have no care about how long you have been a customer or that you have 0 claims. I recommend that you find another provider that truely appreciates your time and business like I did.

  Initially I was told my repairs would take 4 days, this stretched to about 2 weeks. When I got my car back, I noticed they hadn’t replaced the front licence plate bracket, but they charged my insurance for it. I was told the repairs were guaranteed. When I went back to have it inspected, I was told it was definitely changed because the technician remembered my licence plate frame. You can clearly see the same damage is still there (dented edges, scraped plastic along the top edges of the frame). They also said they would fix a panel in the front passenger side, but when I got my car back the panel was lazily put in my trunk and not fixed. I ended up having to fix it myself. My TD adjuster has been great, but I don’t recommend this repair shop. If you have TD insurance and get into an accident, ask to send your repairs to another body shop of your choosing. It should still be covered and would provide better and faster service than here.

  Had a good experience with TD Auto Centre. Unfortunately, my car was a total loss, but the staff were friendly and helpful, and they processed everything very quickly.

  My experience with this auto center has been very frustrating. When we dropped off the car for repairs, the parking lot was so jammed up with cars, we had to park on the side of the road. The cars were packed in like sardines. The work on my car didn’t start on time, it was about a week late. When my wife went to pickup the car, it was filthy, covered in grease pencil and dust. There were car parts in the back seat and the whole car was full of dust and debris from the work. The car repairs needed to be “tweaked” since the interior door panel was so lose it fell off when opening the door. My car received deep scratches all over it, through the paint. We have been waiting for over a month for a response on how this will be resolved… still no plan.
