When we dropped off the car for repairs, the parking lot was so jammed up with cars, we had to park on the side of the road. The cars were packed in like sardines. The work on my car didn’t start on time, it was about a week late. When my wife went to pickup the car, it was filthy, covered in grease pencil and dust. There were car parts in the back seat and the whole car was full of dust and debris from the work. The car repairs needed to be “tweaked” since the interior door panel was so lose it fell off when opening the door. My car received deep scratches all over it, through the paint. We have been waiting for over a month for a response on how this will be resolved… still no plan.
