- NENikolay EremeevNov 12, 20251.0I am incredibly disappointed with the repair work done here following my collision. They replaced both left doors on my vehicle. Immediately after the initial repair, my car developed significant noise issues. This required me to bring the car back for additional service a staggering seven times (7 visits!) before they were able to address the noise. This wasted countless hours of my time and clearly demonstrates a failure in their initial quality control. Worse yet, that "fix" was only temporary. Now that the temperature has dropped, the noise issues have returned, proving the repair was neither thorough nor permanent. The poor quality of service and the persistent, unresolved issues were so frustrating that they ultimately pushed me to change my entire insurance provider (TD Insurance) just to avoid being directed to this workshop again. I had requested TD Insurance to change the workshop and was refused, leaving this as my only recourse. I cannot recommend this auto repair centre. The work is subpar, the follow-up is ineffective, and they show a complete disregard for the customer's time and satisfaction.
