- XEXu EslaineSep 20, 20221.0I would give zero if I could. Terrible service and customer service highly unprofessional. TD insurance would cancel your policy without notice and up charge you for a higher premium without notice. You would liable for any mistake they make and would threaten to send you to collection if you don’t pay. Customer service is unprofessional and do not care about customers satisfaction at all. I would not recommend TD insurance to anyone.
- JHJames HannanAug 24, 20221.0Whatever you do. Do not get TD insurance. I saved 10 percent with my union getting their coverage. Then my car got wrote off. They gave me peanuts for it while wasting my time for 4 weeks…. They’d gladly pay 1000 dollars a week in storage for the wreck and rental car fees while the whole time telling me they can’t give me more than half the replacement cost of my car. Whatever I’ve saved in the last 2 years it wasn’t worth it.

Took 2 phone calls and just shy of two hours to get it canceled, as they insisted on telling me everything about what I was giving up, and I also learned the guy from the first call ( who was shockingly bad at math) hadn't even done what I asked him. I felt like Chandler from Friends when he was trying to cancel his gym membership.
