  I recently had my car repaired at TD Insurance Auto Centre Mississauga, and the entire experience was excellent. The repair took about two weeks, and they returned my vehicle looking almost brand new again. Even though it was a minor repair, they used all OEM Mazda parts and did an impressive job with the paint—plus it comes with a limited lifetime warranty, which gives me great peace of mind. The whole process was smooth and completely hassle-free. They arranged a rental car right when I dropped off my vehicle, and since the collision wasn’t my fault, they even waived my deductible. I didn’t have to pay a single dollar out of pocket. A big thank-you to Meera Ram Mohan, Ryan, Mike, and the entire team for their professionalism and great work. Highly recommend this location!

  I came in for a minor collision repair to my front bumper, they did an exceptional job. After the initial estimation they found an issue with Radar system which of course they fixed it. They communicated with me through out the process… I recommend 10/10. Special thanks to Mike and Jeric.

  I am very satisfied with the way they handled my claim. After looking at the vehicle I don’t feel that it went through an accident. I had a great experience working either Ryan, Jeric and the manager Mike were very helpful throughout the claim and they informed me about all the necessary changes/repairs that were performed.

  Had a good experience getting my car repaired when somebody backed on to it. Entire experience in the claim process by Meera and the Collision experts was seamless and wonderful. The repair job was well executed and I am very satisfied by the whole process. Would recommend for your Td insurance claims.

  My car was hit right across the border in New York and I was so scared about what would happen with insurance and repairs. I contacted TD and from there everything flowed easily and before I knew it I met three incredible staff members, Ryan, Mike, and Meera! Meera worked diligently and tirelessly working to get all my paperwork done and get my car back into Canada! She kept me informed throughout and was always honest and thorough with her work. Comforted me and assured me that my car would be in good hands. Mike did the appraisal with me and then supported me in analyzing my car once it came in and even buffed out an additional part of my car out of courtesy. He was very kind and supportive and explained ‘car’ terms when I didn’t understand them and had lovely customer service. Mike, the manager was absolutely great as well! Very kind and reminded me of why I chose this TD auto shop to begin with :) My car is back into great shape and I’m just so happy and grateful for my results :) Will be coming to this auto shop again (hopefully not after an accident) :D
