    Even though I have the right to choose the body shop I prefer, I have been pressured to use the repair facility your team works with. My car has been towed multiple times as a result, which has delayed the entire process. Diagnosing the radiator issue took three weeks, causing significant inconvenience and frustration. Additionally, the adjuster, Adi Ranganathan, has repeatedly caused miscommunications with the body shop, resulting in further delays. When customers express concerns about his work, he has responded unprofessionally by raising his voice, which is unacceptable. I have been with TD 9 years and had 3 claim before. I am leacing TD becuase of this claim process. this is incase. Car hasn't repaired for 1 months due to their stupid delay process.

    Ani L at the TD Insurance Markham branch was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was very impressed by her service, and I would choose TD again and again because of her dependability and assistance.

    I felt that the attitude of "supervisor" Lori on October 29 was disrespectful when I discussed my concerns about the lack of clear information regarding the privacy policies of TD Insurance. As a customer, I believe that I have the right to understand the distribution of my personal information within the company and to "other parties." I need to know that my policy would be cancelled if I did not provide consent. I experienced Lori's attitude and tone as condescending, inconsiderate, and, often, rude, particularly when I asked questions relevant to my insurance concerns. Raising her voice to me and challenging my attempts to understand consent policies were inappropriate. I remain appalled at being treated in this way. In my opinion, Lori is not a credit to TD Insurance or TD insurance Direct Agency.

    Poor to non existing communication. Phone calls do not help-wait time is at leastb90 minutes or longer. The web site is not working properly therefore I could not do any updates to my account.It's imposible to talk to any staff/advisor to resolve any issues with my policies. Meloche/Mpnnex before being bought by TD was a v. good& dependable company. Since it was taken over by TD there are only challenges and frustations. To add to misery, Canada Post on& off strike for more than 1 year receiving any correspondence from Insurance takes almost 1 full month. With policy renewal dates around the corner there is no way to get the insurance certificate in time. If there is any change to the banking info- good luck to get it processed correctly. What is TD Insurance doing? to correct the error?-sends you a letter informing that the preauthorized payment was unsuccessful because the account number is invalid according to TD financial institution. Note: Letter dated Oct.2 with an answer by Oct.12. I have found the letter in the Canada Post community mail box on Oct.28. How can I resolve the issue with no communication means? I/we have been insured by the same company Meloche/Monnex for more than 40 years and we never had any issues. Since being under new management and advances in technology with voice activated recordings not recognizing anything other than the limited pre-recorded issues are we going to have no car or home insurance coverage anymore?

    If I could give zero stars, I would. My motorcycle accident happened in August, resulting in fractured ribs, and five months later I have seen zero resolution and zero payment for my claim, including towing expenses I had to pay out-of-pocket. The claims process with TD Insurance is an absolute nightmare. My assigned adjuster's phone is permanently off or goes straight to voicemail during regular business hours, and emails are rarely answered in a timely manner. The only way to get a pulse on the claim is by calling the general claims department, which requires a mandatory 45-minute hold time every single attempt. On top of the communication vacuum, TD is nitpicking and partially approving the repair estimate provided by the dealership, forcing us into a frustrating back-and-forth dispute. This delay and the blatant effort to penny-pinch on approved costs confirms that TD’s priority is their bottom line, not their policyholders. The claims service is appalling, unprofessional, and has turned a simple accident claim into months of financial stress and wasted time. I would strongly advise everyone to look elsewhere for coverage, as their claims experience is easily the worst in the industry.
