My truck is still with these td collision Center for past 3 months , visited more than 10 times, no response from the adjuster . Pathetic situation , never leave your car with them . This lack of communication and accountability is completely unacceptable. I feel like my claim is just sitting there, completely ignored.

They have been charging extra money without clear explanation, and every time I try to get answers, I end up being transferred around with no real resolution. The lack of transparency and poor customer service makes the whole experience extremely frustrating. Insurance should give peace of mind—not surprise charges and confusion. I expected better from a major company like TD. I will be looking for a new provider soon and do not recommend TD Car Insurance based on my experience.
