- LHLinda HendryJul 16, 20251.0I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone for anything. We used them for the legal work on a new mortgage. Nothing but issues and mistakes on their end, which one employee tried to pass off as normal. The documents weren't proof read before sending and contained incorrect information. Apparently that was ok and would be fixed electronically after signing (?). Some legal team! They say that customer service is their top priority. Well good luck with that. The best I can say is that people on the phone were polite and professional, but there again, they couldn't get anything right. Oh, and e-sign through them is a nightmare! Pay the extra cost and use an actual law firm with live people. It'll be worth it.

They hold your deposit and claim in writing that the deposit will be made on a specific date which never happens. Then you as a client keep on calling them to ask where are the funds. In my scenario they kept on blaming TD bank whereas it was their fault that my deal got delayed. Stay away from them.
