  I recently brought my vehicle into TD for Rear collision damage I've been to a few mechanics over the years, and I can confidently say that the service here stands out head and shoulders above the rest. The team, especially Martina was incredibly transparent from the moment I handed over the keys. They explained the necessary work clearly, and provided a detailed quote before starting anything. Crucially, they didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services, which immediately built my trust. The repair itself was completed quickly-my car was ready exactly when they promised.

  Me and my good friends shahid salim and thomas have been dealing with TD insurance for quite some time now, and we have nothing but bad things to say. They waste your time and your money, they basically jusy play alot of games in your face, their customer service sucks for a lack of a better word. The attendants have been nothing but rude and condescending.

  They are very quick to take your money out every month, never late with that but god forbid I need my car fixed. It’s been 7 months dealing with this joke of an insurance. DO NOT TAKE TD FOR YOUR CAR INSURANCE THEY WILL PLAY GAMES IN YOUR FACE AND WILL HAVE YOU WAITING FOR MONTHS BECAUSE ITS MY BELIF THAT THEY DO NOT RESPECT PAYING CLIENTS TIME.

  I’ve been a loyal TD Insurance customer for over three years, but my recent auto claim experience has been disappointing. After a rear-end collision, I was asked to pick up my vehicle even though it was declared unsafe to drive — and key repairs were not completed and asked to return my rental with no prior notice. Communication has been unclear, inconsistent, and unfair, and I still haven’t received a proper explanation or investigation into new damages found during repair and alignment. Even after requesting to provide photos of damaged parts and provide details of supervisor to discuss more about this matter multiple times, I wasn’t provided any information. I just want TD to review my claim fairly and ensure my vehicle is repaired safely and completely.

  I just spoke with someone from TD insurance, I have been using them for my tenant insurance however, I called to bundle my auto as I am getting a new car. I tried the online set up, answered the questions, etc. properly and my quote came out to roughly 150 total for the car. When i called to ask about bundling they said they would have to increase to 300 a month for my auto because their online platform automatically removes certain coverages to make the base price seem better. I mentioned this is unethical because if this is going to mess with my financing then how is this allowed, the lady said I don't know and I can't do anything about it, you shouldn't get rid of certain coverages, to which I replied that I haven't removed anything, this is what was chosen for me. She said too bad I can't do anything and hung up when I said she hadn't been helpful at all today. Very displeased with the service, I will be finding a new auto and tenant insurance company
